Our growing, subluxation-based family wellness practice is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join our team.

This opportunity is designed for a chiropractor with meaningful post-graduate clinical experience who is passionate about serving patients of all ages and backgrounds through principled, relationship-based chiropractic care-from the cradle to the grave. The ideal candidate will thrive while caring for pregnant women, infants, children, seniors, entire families, and everyone in between. With current wellness patients over 300 consecutive adjustments we thrive on retention, education and speaking skills is a must.

Job Description

The role involves direct patient care within a higher-volume clinical workflow.
Performing new-patient consultations, examinations, and re-evaluations
Reviewing X-rays and other clinical findings
Conducting clear and confident Reports of Findings
Educating patients about examination results and recommended care
Providing high-quality chiropractic adjustments within your training and scope of practice

Qualifications

The strongest fit is a chiropractor who brings confidence to hands-on patient care and clinical decisions.

• Current Tennessee chiropractic licensure is preferred; completion of required chiropractic boards/testing is also expected.
• Proficiency in Diversified is expected for the role, including comfort with side-posture and anterior thoracic adjusting. Experience with Thompson is also valued.
• Comfort with X-ray assessment is important for this role.
• prefer Webster's Certification and experience with pediatrics

Other Information

Base salary: $90,000-$110,000, based on experience and demonstrated proficiency
Performance-based bonus opportunities
