HealthSource Chiropractic is expanding its clinical leadership team. The practice combines chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and wellness services in a modern clinical setting designed around individualized patient needs. Doctors work alongside an established support team with systems in place to support both patient care and practice growth.
Job Description
This position is designed for an experienced chiropractor who is comfortable balancing hands-on clinical care with day-to-day leadership responsibilities. The doctor will evaluate patients, perform chiropractic adjustments, review diagnostic findings, develop care recommendations, educate patients, document progress, and modify treatment as appropriate.
Beyond direct care, the role includes helping guide clinic operations, monitoring patient-management metrics, supporting staff development, and contributing to community outreach and practice-growth activities. The doctor will also participate in or lead regular team training. A comprehensive EHR and existing support staff help maintain an organized higher-volume clinical schedule.
The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend availability when needed.

The successful candidate should be clinically confident, comfortable taking initiative, and able to communicate effectively with both patients and team members. A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college and an active Virginia chiropractic license are required, along with a minimum of 2-3 years of chiropractic experience. The ideal candidate should have strong manual adjusting skills, including proficiency with Diversified and side-posture techniques. Experience with computerized adjusting is a plus. Candidates should also be comfortable with neurological and orthopedic evaluation, diagnostic X-ray assessment, E-Stim, and ultrasound.
Other Information
Compensation starts at $95,001 and above. Benefits include paid time off, company-paid continuing education, company-paid malpractice insurance, and ongoing clinical and business training.
This role offers immediate leadership responsibility with additional long-term growth opportunities. If hired, the franchisee will be the employer.
