Lead Upper Cervical Chiropractor – Build Your Career in Hawaii

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 + Performance Bonuses

At Upper Cervical Hawaii, we’re looking for a confident, motivated chiropractor to become the lead doctor at our Honolulu location.
Our owners are based here on O‘ahu and operate two additional locations, so you’ll have support, mentorship, and established systems behind you while taking ownership of the day-to-day clinical experience at this practice.
Our current upper cervical doctor is transitioning into retirement and will work alongside you during the transition, giving you the opportunity to learn the practice, patients, and systems before stepping fully into the lead role.

Upper Cervical Focus: We’re looking for someone familiar with NUCCA, Atlas Orthogonal, or upper cervical chiropractic, or someone highly motivated to develop those skills.
Variety in How You Practice: Some patients receive upper cervical care exclusively, while others prefer full-spine adjusting, so you’ll have the ability to do both.
Mentorship & Support: Train directly with our retiring doctor during the transition and receive continued coaching from ownership and our other doctors.
Opportunity to Grow: Your bonus is tied to the performance of the clinic, so as the practice grows, you benefit too.

$90,000–$110,000 base salary, depending on experience

Who We’re Looking For
You don’t necessarily need decades of experience. We care just as much about who you are.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, outgoing, coachable, and self-motivated. Someone who enjoys connecting with patients, takes initiative, wants to continue improving, and is excited about being the doctor patients and staff look to for leadership.
Experience with NUCCA or Atlas Orthogonal is strongly preferred, but we’re open to the right chiropractor who has a genuine passion for upper cervical care and is eager to learn.
