YOU:
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Detail-oriented for real, these patients require it
• Independent, still a teammate
• Trustworthy with patients, culture, and mission

REAL TALK:
• Lifting and repositioning 50 to 100 lbs multiple times daily
• Not for a doctor planning to open down the street
