Position Summary
Balanced Health Chiropractic Center is seeking a full-time Associate Chiropractor to step into a thriving, high-volume NUCCA clinic in Grand Rapids, MI. You will step directly into an active, referral-driven patient base—no outside marketing or cold lead generation required. Working alongside Dr. Stanley Dombroski (22 years in practice) and a collaborative clinical team, you will receive hands-on, structured mentorship through every phase of NUCCA care. We welcome experienced doctors, new graduates, and practitioners transitioning from full-spine or other upper cervical backgrounds (Blair, AO, Orthospinology, Knee-Chest).

About the Practice
- High-volume, referral-based office focused exclusively on correcting the Atlas Subluxation Complex
- Collaborative team environment with 4 CAs and 3 fellow associate doctors

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver NUCCA care to an established patient schedule
- Conduct new patient examinations, NUCCA X-ray analysis, and post-adjustment assessments
- Present Reports of Findings and educate patients on care plans
- Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation
- Complete supervised internal training modules and attend weekly doctor meetings

Candidate Profile
- DC degree from an accredited institution
- Michigan chiropractic license (or clear path to licensure within 2 months)
- Grounded in an above-down, inside-out chiropractic philosophy
- Strong work ethic, teachability, and a positive attitude
- Prior NUCCA training is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided for doctors with zero technique experience
- Note: This is a permanent direct-hire role; preceptorships cannot be accommodated
