Associate Chiropractor (Prenatal, Postpartum & Pediatric Focus)

$65,000 base salary plus performance bonus
Realistic total compensation of $90,000 to $100,000+ once you're hitting KPI targets

THE ROLE
Lead associate with a concentration in prenatal, postpartum and pediatric care:
* Prenatal care through all three trimesters, birth prep, preparing the pelvis and nervous system for labor
* Postpartum recovery for both vaginal and cesarean births, including pelvic floor, diastasis recti, return to fitness, and laser therapy for cesarean scar healing
* Infant and pediatric care including latch and lactation support, tongue tie collaboration, developmental milestones and primitive reflex work
* Orthopedic and rehab cases across low back, disc, neck, shoulder, hip and knee
You'll carry treatment plans start to finish. Your own health history exams, your own report of findings, and your own enrollments into 90-day care programs.
Outside the treatment room you're part of how we grow. That means building referral relationships with IBCLCs, doulas, midwives, pelvic floor PTs, OTs, SLPs and pediatric dentists in the area, showing up for community workshops and events, and being a visible face of this practice in Boulder County. If marketing and networking sound like somebody else's job, this isn't the right fit.
WHO THIS IS FOR
* Licensed DC in Colorado,
* Experience treating and willing to learn how to excel and be part of the top prenatal, postpartum and pediatric clinic in Boulder County.
* Excellent hands. Confident, precise adjusting across adult, pregnant and infant populations.
* Comfortable and effective in the sales conversation. You can present a $2,000 to $5,000 care programs.
* Rehab and strength-minded. You believe people should get stronger, not just more comfortable.
* Coachable and accountable.
* Courage and the confidence to learn, expand, and grow
Bonus points for Webster certification, ICPA or pediatric coursework, craniosacral or infant feeding training, a personal training or strength coaching background.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
* Base salary of $65,000 per year
* Performance bonus tied to collections, case acceptance and patient retention. The structure is straightforward and uncapped. We'll walk you through the full model during the interview process.
* Previous Associates were on track for $90k in their first year
* Continuing education stipend and dedicated in-house mentorship. We'll invest in you in not only your clinical skills but communication and sales skills as well
* Malpractice insurance covered
* Colorado state licensing fees and association dues covered
* Monday through Friday. No weekends.
