The clinic cares for a diverse patient population, including wellness patients as well as those recovering from motor vehicle accidents and personal injuries. Doctors are supported with experienced staff, private treatment areas, rehabilitation equipment, shared office resources, and an established patient schedule.
Experience with Diversified, Drop Table, Activator, Graston, Flexion-Distraction, E-Stim, and heat or cold therapies is beneficial. Above all, we are looking for a chiropractor who values professionalism, teamwork, and building long-term relationships with patients.
Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Associate Chiropractor who is interested in becoming an integral part of the practice while pursuing long-term career growth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys patient care and has an interest in the business side of private practice.
Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized care plans, educating patients, and helping maintain a positive patient experience. We are looking for a doctor who is motivated to help grow the practice while building a loyal patient base.
Mentorship is available throughout the transition, and for the right individual, there is potential to explore future ownership or a structured practice purchase opportunity.
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for chiropractic licensure in Oregon
- Insurance credentialing is preferred but not required
- Interest in future ownership or private practice leadership
- Personal injury experience is a plus
- Experience caring for pediatric and geriatric patients is beneficial
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
Other Information
- Salary: $85,000 annually, with incentive and bonus opportunities
