Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic clinic in Tamuning Guam, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $90,000, along with bonus and incentive opportunities.
The associate will work through Monday to Thursday and Saturday. Half-day schedules are from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM. This role includes 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 100–150 visits per week. Doctors typically spend 3–5 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing patient consultations and examinations
Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
Providing chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Activator, and Drop techniques
Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
Providing nutritional and supplementation guidance
Participating in professional development and seminars
Contributing to social media and content creation initiatives
The practice operates under a shared-patient model, allowing doctors to collaborate while providing consistent patient care. The clinic is willing to train the right candidate and is seeking a chiropractor who is interested in becoming a long-term part of the team. The current associate is Webster certified and sees children, making experience or interest in caring for pediatric patients a valuable asset.
Candidates must meet Guam chiropractic licensing requirements. Chiropractors holding an active chiropractic license in the United States are eligible to obtain licensure and practice in Guam, and that U.S. citizens do not need a passport or work visa to live and work in Guam.
