SALARY:
• $65K–$85K/year base + performance bonuses
• Cost of living ~15% below national average — income goes further

SCHEDULE (No Burnout):
• Full-Time (Part-Time considered)
• 4.5 days/week, ~30–34 hrs
• Occasional Saturday AM only (2–3 hrs)

• CE allowance: $600/year (first 2 years)
