A long-standing independent chiropractic office serving the surrounding Portland-area suburbs. The practice has been in operation for more than a decade and provides care in a comfortable, traditional clinic setting.
The office sees a broad mix of patients, including wellness patients and individuals recovering from auto accidents or personal injury cases. Providers have access to treatment rooms, therapy equipment, staff support, shared workspace, and an established patient base.
Experience with Diversified, Drop Table, Activator, Graston, Flexion-Distraction, E-Stim, and heat or cold therapies is helpful, though the right personality and long-term fit are especially important.
Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Chiropractor who is interested in more than just an associate role. This opportunity is designed for a doctor who wants to grow with the clinic and may eventually want to move into ownership or a practice purchase arrangement.
The position involves providing patient care, building relationships, helping expand the schedule, and contributing to the overall success of the office. The right candidate should be comfortable treating patients while also thinking about practice growth, retention, and long-term business development.
Mentorship and guidance will be available. The desire for future ownership is a preferred trait.
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for chiropractic licensure in Oregon
- Being credentialed with insurance panels preferred, but not required
- Prefer doctors interested in future ownership
- Personal injury experience is helpful
- Experience with pediatric or geriatric patients is beneficial
Other Information
- Salary range: $58,000-$75,000 annually based on experience, hours, production, and business generated
- Incentive and bonus opportunities available to generate more doctor revenue

- Open to discussing percentage credit toward future ownership or practice purchase
