The Role
• High-volume walk-in clinic — target 45+ patients/day, with growth path to 60–70
• Pure chiropractic: no massage, e-stim, or modalities — the adjustment is your tool
• Lead clinical culture, grow memberships, and be a wellness voice in the community
• Full-time, 4–5 days/week | Mon–Fri 9:45 AM–7 PM, Sat 9:45 AM–4 PM
Compensation
• Base salary: $85,000–$105,000 + performance bonus and profit-sharing potential
• No insurance billing — you practice without a third party in the room
• Path to bringing on a second doctor as the practice grows
