My name is Dr. Tim Annis. I've been in business here in Ogden for 30 years. I have a 2500 square foot office with plenty of space for a new doc to join in and potentially buy out or take over in a few more years. I am not offering a paid position but I am offering a place for you start practice without the enourmous expense of a new buildout, lease equipmet staff etc etc etc. I am open to a flat rental rate or a percentage of collections arragngement with a cap.
