If you choose to keep the practice in its current location, we are offering a sliding-scale rent structure and a massive equipment incentive to support your initial growth:
• Free Equipment: All patient care equipment—including adjustment and therapy tables and PT equipment—is included with a signed 3-year lease.
• Sliding-Scale Rent:
• Year 1:
• Months 1–3: $0 (Rent-free)
• Months 4–6: $500
• Months 7–9: $750
• Months 10–12: $1,000
• Year 2: $1,800/month
• Year 3: $2,400/month
