Job Description

Deliver precise, individualized spinal and extremity adjustments as the foundation of care when clinically indicated. Build smart, streamlined care plans-integrating rehab and supportive modalities (laser, PT-style exercise, regenerative options, etc.) only when they meaningfully enhance the outcome. Educate patients in practical spine-health habits, ergonomics, and lifestyle strategies that reduce flare-ups and improve long-term function. Document clearly and efficiently to support continuity of care and clinical quality. Contribute to clinical protocols and team workflows-your voice matters here.

Qualifications

• Active (or soon-to-be active) Alabama chiropractic license.
• Strong adjusting confidence with an "adjustment-first" care philosophy.
• Team-minded, collaborative communication style and comfort with patient education.
• New grads welcome (structured mentorship available) as well as experienced DCs.

Other Information

• Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 per year + incentives (competitive base + performance incentives).
