We are independent practice in a rural setting. The practice has been established for 10+ years. The office is holistic/patient-centric. Our patient base is general wellness, with a focus in sports (Wellness). Within the office we have other chiropractors, it is open concept with a large waiting room, Shared office, Shared staff, Treatment equipment, Computers.

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Doctor. Timing: 1-3 months. Multi-location: Preferred but flexible. Typical pace: 21-30 patients/day. Charting: comprehensive ehr. Care plans: flexible by progress. Patient preference: gentle/low-impact. We value a doctor who is friendly and supports growth through educational talks. Common approaches are modalities and adjusting. Familiarity with Heat/Cold and other adjuncts is helpful.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Preferably already state licensed or applied.
• Relocation: Relocation assistance available.
• Distance preference: Closer is better
• Ideal-fit traits include: Adjustment-first, Community-active, Business-minded, High-volume comfortable, Full-time, EHR comfortable, Open-minded, Adjusting > personality.
• Priorities: Character; Personality.
• Clinical approach alignment: philosophical-based = traditional + modern mix; evidence-based = patient-feedback informed.

Other Information

• Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 (including incentives in the base range).
