Who We’re Looking For
We are searching for a chiropractor who is:
• A skilled and confident Diversified adjuster
• Charismatic, personable, and patient-focused with excellent bedside manner
• A strong clinical decision-maker and diagnostician
• Comfortable being social and visible, both in person and online
• A team player with a volunteer mindset and positive attitude
• Interested in establishing roots in the Lenoir City community
• Entrepreneurially minded, with interest in long-term growth, potential investment, or future acquisition of the practice
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and patient care
• Perform thorough exams, assessments, and diagnoses
• Educate patients on care plans, outcomes, and wellness strategies
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients
• Participate in internal marketing, community outreach, and events
• Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to support practice growth
• Represent the practice professionally both in-office and in the community
Qualifications
• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from an accredited chiropractic college
• Active (or eligible) Tennessee chiropractic license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Clinical confidence with Diversified technique
• Desire to grow professionally and personally within a team environment
