Chiropractor Solon OH (20 miles SE of Cleveland)
Full-Time | $85,000–$95,000 + Bonus
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing practice full time in Solon, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who enjoys hands-on adjusting, structured care plans, and building long-term patient relationships in a supportive, team-based environment. We offer an excellent work life balance with office hours ending by 11 am on Fridays.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Conduct new patient consultations and chiropractic exams/reexams
• Take and analyze X-rays, including detailed annotation and interpretation
• Deliver Reports of Findings (ROFs), explaining X-rays, posture findings, and treatment recommendations
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans to ensure optimal results
• Educate patients on care plans to improve retention and compliance
• Perform chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Full Spine, Thompson, and ArthroStim techniques
• Complete thorough, accurate daily documentation for all services, including:
• Monitor and guide Chiropractic Assistants (CAs)
• Build strong rapport with patients to drive retention, satisfaction, and referrals
• Actively manage patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Compensation & Bonus
• Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 plus bonuses
• Bonus: based on performance and experience
Requirements
• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
• Active Chiropractic Ohio license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong adjusting skills and confidence in patient care
