Chiropractor Lancaster PA
Full-Time | $100K–$120K + Bonus | Leadership Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Chiropractor to join our team full time as Clinic Director in the East Petersburg/Lancaster area. The Lead DC/Clinic Director will be the clinical face of our brand, blending hands-on patient care with essential clinic management, team mentorship, and strategic business growth. This is the ideal role for a driven chiropractor ready to take leadership role within our expanding organization. We’re looking for a motivated, patient-focused Chiropractor combining hands-on care with team leadership and growth. Duties:
• Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and patient care
• Create and manage care plans
• Educate patients and drive strong retention and outcomes
• Utilize therapies such as spinal decompression, Class IV laser, and digital X-ray (training available)
• Lead and mentor Chiropractic Assistants and staff
• Oversee daily clinic flow and patient experience
• Run team meetings and support staff development
• Collaborate with ownership on clinic performance and growth
• Participate in local events, screenings, and outreach
• Help drive new patient growth and clinic visibility
Requirements:
• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
• Active Pennsylvania license (or ability to obtain)
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Proficiency or certification in spinal decompression and/or Class IV Laser management highly preferred
• Strong adjusting, communication, and leadership skills
• A team player with a growth mindset and community focus

• Full time
