About the Opportunity:
Established in 2011, our growing personal injury chiropractic and rehabilitation practice has expanded to multiple locations across the Valley, including four chiropractic offices and one medical office. We are a patient-centered, team-driven organization focused on delivering high-quality, multidisciplinary care.
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Chiropractor with a growth mindset who excels in a team setting to join our expanding practice across the East and West valley. This is more than just an associate role—it’s a long-term opportunity to work alongside experienced providers, refine your clinical skills, and be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply and will be supported with mentorship and hands-on training to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide consultations, complete examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver a high volume of chiropractic adjustments using diversified, drop table, activator, and related techniques
• Educate patients on treatment plans and therapy modalities
• Perform timely progress re-evaluations
• Maintain accurate, clear, and timely documentation of services
• Lead and support clinic staff by managing daily workflows, setting clear expectations, and ensuring operational excellence
• Cultivate and maintain a high-performance, team-oriented culture that prioritizes collaboration, accountability, and exceptional patient care
• Utilize office equipment and software efficiently
• Maintain a professional appearance representing the company

Qualifications:
• Doctor of Chiropractic (required)
• Arizona Chiropractic License in good standing (or eligible)
• New graduates welcomed to apply
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and goal-driven mindset capable of leading and supporting an office
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care and helping patients fully recover
