Associate Chiropractor — Vancouver, WA
$75K BASE + BONUSES | 4–4.5 DAY WEEK | FULL BENEFITS | CLINIC DIRECTOR GROWTH PATH

SALARY + BONUSES:
• $75,000 base
• $3,000 signing bonus
• $2,000 training bonus
• End-of-year performance bonus
• Annual raises

SCHEDULE:
• 32–38 hrs/week, 4–4.5 days
• 6 paid holidays
BENEFITS:

• Malpractice Insurance fully covered
• 2 weeks PTO after 90 days (up to 4 weeks max)
• $1,000 annual CE stipend
• Upper cervical seminar (first year)
• Gym membership or class package

MENTORSHIP:
• Weekly coaching check-ins
• Upper cervical + instrument-based adjusting training
• Care plan and patient communication coaching

GROWTH:
• Path to Clinic Director role

THE ROLE:
• Low-force upper cervical + full-spine and extremity care
• Imaging-based protocols
• Patient education
• Collaborative, systems-driven team
• No experience required — just coachability, detail, and the right mindset.
