Associate Chiropractor – Denver, CO
Cash Practice | 4-Day Work Week | 💰 $40/hr + Performance Pay

We’re hiring a hands-on chiropractor with strong manual skills and an owner’s mindset to join our cash-based practice in Denver.
This role is built for a doctor who wants autonomy, performance-based income, and long-term growth—without the headaches of ownership.

What You’ll Do
• Deliver confident, manual chiropractic care with a strong hands-on approach
• Utilize multiple techniques including:
• Manual cervical and thoracic adjustments
• Y-strap (Y-brace) cervical traction
• Diversified and instrument-assisted care
• Perform or assist with dry needling (experience required)
• Collaborate on referrals involving PRP / regenerative care
• Utilize or learn shockwave therapy (training provided)
• Build patient relationships and retention in a cash model
• Practice with clinical independence while following proven systems

Compensation & Schedule
• $40/hour starting rate
• Approx. $66,500/year base
• Percentage-based commission tied to:

• Cash practice (no insurance billing)
