I have been in practice for 25 years and have established a busy suburban office near Reading/Lancaster PA. The practice is 1 hour from Philadelphia, 2 hours from New York City and Baltimore, and 2 1/2 hours from Washington DC. I travel 2-3 weeks per month and I am looking for someone who would like to start their own practice out of my office. This unique situation would allow you to grow your own practice, set your own hours, and see your own patients with the added cushion of also seeing my patients while I am away. It would also be a great opportunity for a new grad to get some mentorship while practicing in the same office as an experienced doctor. You would grow your own practice and see your own patients, while supplementing your income by seeing my patients while I am away at a 50/50 split. We'd work together to introduce you to my patients so they'd feel comfortable seeing you when I'm unavailable so you can expect regular business from the start as you build up your own patient base. There would be a minimal rent for the office space (less than I paid 25 years ago when I started practice) which would include all utilities.
