Full Time Compensation: $60,000 to $100,000+ Annually Income Attainable
*Though part-time is possible as well $30,000 to $60,000 Annual Income (open to accommodate a more flexible schedule, if wanted or needed)
This will depend on your efforts and patient #’s. The practice has been at capacity and hasn’t been able to serve the number of call in’s we’ve been having already. This could be an advantage to you; we could split the call ins between the 2 of us.

​​​The Practice:
This office is a 12-year well established chiropractic office service all surrounding areas of Sacramento and outlining smaller communities. Dr. Kelly, DC graduated in September of 2013 from Palmer West.
Chiropractic techniques currently in the office: Diversified, Gonstead, Drop-table, Extremity and Non- spinal Adjusting, Webster certified (pregnancy care), Pediatric Care, Palmer blend, and Dr. Kelly’s unique technique that is a blend of: diversified and mobilization
ART/ Graston. and Craniosacral Therapy (fascial work)

The Role of our Associate Doc:
We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated, clinically competent, skilled adjuster with a desire to enhance his, her, or their case management skills and develop a strong understanding of how chiropractic can influence people to live healthier lives. The Associate will be expected to communicate effectively and efficiently to diagnose, treat and educate our patient base.

​Estimated annual income average ranges between 62K-100K for a full time DC, working with a medium patient volume (30-45 pts/week) to a higher volume (>80 pts/week). This in no way forces you to do a high-volume practice out of this office, that is up to you to decide. The more you work the income will correlate.

Looking to find someone who wants to treat patients but not have the responsibility of running the business. We’ll provide paid on-board training (EHR software, business, techniques). We work on the Chiro Touch system. If eventually being a partner in the future is something you're interested in, I'm open to discussing it.

Why are we adding an Associate Doc?
This opportunity is for 3 reasons
1. It's more fun and balanced to have a team to help the business run smoothly and interact to help each other and our patients. We have an extra room we want someone to be able to use!
2. Dr. Kelly is at capacity herself and would love for the practice to be able help more people.
3. Dr. Kelly is Pregnant! EDD July 1st. I would love for someone to come join the office to help me out. While substituting for me while on maternity leave this could be a great way to build a rapport with the established patients in the office. The referrals from these patients and their connections will help your numbers grow! Covering for Dr. Kelly will create a higher amount of collections and more time to build up your patient numbers to your desired capacity.

The Role of Our Best Fitting Associate Doc:
This Associateship could be as integrated between DC's or more separate & unique to you. The hope would be to have the ability to have one another substitute for the other DC when they're sick or on vacation/leave. The “how’s” of this could be worked out during contract signing.
Reason 1: New Grad DC wanting to learn and develop into their own strengths and have time to learn what it takes to run the business.
Reason 2: A DC wanting to treat patients and make money doing a good job. They don't want the burden of running the business. Having coverage from Dr. Kelly, DC for your time off or covering for her for her vacation days.
Reason 3: A DC wanting to have a healthier work life balance, they want to treat patients, and they want to be able to participate in their kids' daily events. A unique set schedule for you might be working All day Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 7-3 as well as Saturday form 1-4, so that you can be available for your kids more often. As long as the patients know the common schedule.

Room to grow
The right candidate will have the opportunity to become a partner, in the future.
This position would be starting as a percentage-based pay for a contract term and then could transition to a salary position and later to a partner in the corporation (The greater of a monthly base pay or percentage could be an option for the initial months. Benefits including medical coverage could be negotiated into the contract as needed).

Associate DC will get their own room in the office suite.
The suite is shared by DC. Kelly Rourke, DC and a Kimmie, CMT. They use 2 of the 3 rooms.
-Note- The previous DC I worked with, Dr. James Barger, DC, retired this July. A good deal of their patients will need a new DC, and most know and have chatted with Dr. Kelly, DC in passing at the office. This gives a lot of opportunity for growth in and of itself. We get new patient calls from their patient base!
