Verve Chiropractic is a fast-growing, family-centered, multi-doctor practice serving patients across Orange County and Long Beach. We specialize in prenatal, pediatric, and family chiropractic and are known for delivering exceptional, nervous system-based care through a high-energy, growth-minded team.
We are expanding our Long Beach location and hiring a skilled, committed, and coachable Associate Chiropractor with 1 to 3 years of experience. What You Will Do:
Provide high-quality chiropractic care to patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on prenatal and pediatric care.
Collaborate with a multi-doctor team to co-manage cases, present care plans, and ensure exceptional continuity of care.
Educate patients on nervous system-based chiropractic, wellness care, and long-term health outcomes.
Support internal events, workshops, and occasional weekend community engagements.
Build relationships with local birth workers and family providers to strengthen referral networks.
Contribute to a positive, accountable, growth-focused clinic culture aligned with the Verve standard.
Ideal Candidates Have:
Webster Certification
Pediatric training through the ICPA
PX Certification or equivalent training
Strong adjusting skills and confidence caring for babies, kids, and prenatal patients
The ability to serve up to 150 to 200 weekly patient visits when fully ramped
Skill and confidence in presenting care plans and communicating the value of long-term wellness care
A track record of professionalism, reliability, and strong communication
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of hands-on chiropractic experience.
Experience with prenatal and pediatric populations strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to holistic, patient-centered care.
A minimum two-year commitment, with preference for long-term growth at Verve.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 DOE with uncapped bonus potential
