Title: Chiropractor Partner — Startup Support + Turnkey Management (Jonesboro / Metro ATL)

About us:
Nexa Management Solutions is an MSO that manages the non-clinical side of accident-care clinics. We’re seeking a Georgia-licensed Chiropractor (DC) to partner on a Jonesboro location (with potential to add sites).

We provide (non-clinical):

Startup help: space/buildout, equipment sourcing, vendor setup

Front desk, scheduling, intake; phones/IT/EHR (HIPAA BA)

Billing support/AR posting (non-clinical)

Marketing, reviews, signage, community outreach

Supplies, cleaning, linens, biohazard disposal, maintenance

Patient transportation coordination

HR/payroll for non-clinical staff; compliance admin

You provide (clinical):

All patient care/clinical decisions

Documentation and treatment plans

Collaboration on protocols suited for accident recovery

Comp model: Flat FMV management fee + market rent; no % of collections. Flexible structures (employee, IC, or your PLLC with our MSO/lease).

Requirements:

Active Georgia DC license, in good standing

Interest in PI/accident-focused care and strong documentation

Professional, patient-centric approach
