Now Hiring: Elite Diagnostic Medical Sonographer $10k

What You’ll Do – More Than Just Scans

You’ll be the trusted face of Lumina at physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and even private homes. Your presence brings the hospital-grade tech to patients—without them ever needing to leave their environment.

· • Performing a variety of diagnostic ultrasounds: Abdominal, Pelvic, Vascular (Carotid, DVT, ABI), MSK (Required), Echocardiography (if credentialed), Cardiovascular, and Wound Care

· • Operating portable ultrasound systems professionally and efficiently in diverse clinical and home settings

· • Uploading images to PACS or EMR for seamless, secure, and timely review by radiologists

· • Ensuring a smooth and professional experience for patients, providers, and facilities

· • Practicing strict HIPAA compliance and maintaining top-tier clinical documentation

· • Serving as a critical clinical liaison—communicating with referring physicians, care teams, and our internal clinical ops

What It Takes – Only the Best

· • ARDMS, CCI, or ARRT(S) certification in: Abdomen (AB), RVT, RCS, or Echo (optional but preferred)

· • 1–2 years of ultrasound experience (mobile experience is a big plus!)

· • Valid driver’s license & clean record – You’ll be in the field, autonomy is key.

· • Current BLS certification (or willingness to get it quickly)

· • High clinical standards, strong communication skills, and a commitment to extraordinary patient care

Bonus Points If You Have…

· • Experience with mobile ultrasound or bedside point-of-care diagnostics

· • Knowledge of GE Vscan, Philips Lumify, Sonosite, or similar portable units

· • Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid documentation standards

· • Bilingual in Spanish – highly valued in Northeast Dallas communities

Compensation & Perks

· • $55,000–$75,000+ per year depending on experience and case volume

· • Flexible scheduling – you pick your shifts: 4-hour, 8-hour, weekday, or weekends

· • Per-scan compensation model with the option to grow into full-time employment

· • Continuing education support

· • Tech stipend or provided mobile device for PACS access

Your Work Environment

· • This is a mobile-first role. You’ll be driving to patient locations daily.

· • You’ll work in varied environments: homes, clinics, assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehab centers.

· • Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating small spaces during procedures.
