Job Description
• Perform tailored chiropractic adjustments as the first line of care
• Collaborate with other providers to determine if additional services support recovery
• Educate patients on spinal health, lifestyle changes, and long-term prevention
• Document care accurately and communicate smoothly within the team
• Participate in case reviews and team meetings to uphold high standards

Qualifications
• Current or soon-to-be-active Alabama chiropractic license
• Confidence in clinical judgment and chiropractic-first philosophy
• Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable in a team-oriented setting
• Open to feedback and clinical development—new grads and experienced DCs welcome

Compensation
Base + incentives (expected range $85,000–$100,000 annually); benefits include health coverage, malpractice, CEU allowance, and growth opportunities.
