Office Manager needed. A growing, fast-paced, corrective care chiropractic wellness center that specializes in prenatal, pediatric, and family care has an immediate opening for a Full-time (35- 40 hours per week) employee. Must be able to work all day Monday through Thursday, and Friday mornings. The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our practice. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can manage the team and ensure that patient care is seamless and efficient.
We are looking for an individual who is:
• Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising office staff.
• Maintains office services by organizing operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
• Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
• Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results and managing day-to-day tasks
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; and identifying trends.
• Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training office staff.
• Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing a monthly expectation and initiating corrective actions. Expansive knowledge of medical insurance and terminology. Compile and forward medical records for insurance requests and/or subpoenas in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Manage employee time off requests
• Additional responsibilities and duties as needed and requested, such as QuickBooks, inventory, tracking expenses, etc.
