Job Description & Requirements
A respected and integrative chiropractic clinic in Westlake Village, CA, is seeking a passionate and growth-minded Associate Chiropractor to join its holistic team. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, along with performance-based bonuses and commission incentives. Additional benefits include paid time off, malpractice insurance, and coverage for continuing education.
The associate will work approximately 31–40 hours per week, with a schedule of full days Monday through Thursday and a half day on Friday (no weekend shifts). Patient volume will begin at 50–75 per week with a growth path to 100+.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting patient consultations, examinations, and X-rays
Presenting Reports of Findings and recommending care plans
Providing chiropractic adjustments and functional rehabilitation
Educating patients on wellness lifestyle principles, exercise, and nutrition/supplements
Participating in digital marketing, content creation, and patient education
Attending seminars and engaging in professional development
This practice values collaboration and operates on a shared patient model. Ideal candidates will have experience or interest in Applied Kinesiology, as well as techniques including Diversified, Palmer Package, Activator, Drops, and Soft Tissue (ART/Graston). Functional medicine knowledge is a plus. Both experienced doctors and motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.
