Chiropractor Needed for Sunny Las Cruces, NM-- Multi-disciplinary medical office, owned & operated by Glenn J. Waldt, MS, DC, DO
We are looking for a compassionate & caring Chiropractor to join our practice in Las Cruces, NM. We are flexible in our need and will consider a Chiropractor looking for either part-time or full-time work. Recent grads are welcome!
Your pay will be a base of $90k + a generous bonus based on the number of patients you see. Some of our recent DC associates have been able to earn an income of $150k+ within their first year!
Please be passionate about working closely with patients, creating long-term relationships with them while providing excellent chiropractic care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is friendly, an excellent adjuster, and is willing to practice Thompson Drop and diversified techniques.
Our office is owned by Dr. Waldt. He is both a medical physician and a chiropractor.
Dr. Waldt is a graduate of Life College of Chiropractic. He taught cadaver dissection at Palmer College of Chiropractic in the late 90's. Dr. Waldt is also a former full-time professor of clinical medicine at Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine where he taught anatomy, physical exam skills, and spinal manipulation to the medical students.
Dr. Waldt was graduated as a medical physician from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine 9 years ago. His medical specialty is neuromusculoskeletal medicine.
You will be a treating doctor. You will work about 35 hours on most weeks treating patients. Our office is currently open 5 days per week. Our office is closed to patients Tuesday morning and Friday afternoon. We use these days to help us get caught up with paperwork.
You may use any chiropractic technique you prefer. Dr. Waldt uses primarily CBP, Gonstead, diversified, drop table, and extremity adjusting. We won't need you to help us with a ton of marketing or public relations projects because we have so many new patients without doing any marketing. Dr. Waldt just needs you to help us with giving our patients excellent chiropractic adjustments.
Since Dr. Waldt has taught at Life, Palmer & Burrell medical college, he will be glad to teach & mentor you also if that's helpful to you. Dr. Waldt is humble... very approachable. He's easy to get along with. In our office, we provide osteopathic medical care, chiropractic care, and ultrasound-guided steroid injections & stem cell injections.
Our practice has been open in Las Cruces for 5 years and growth has been tremendous. We have 3 front desk medical assistants & 2 clinical medical assistant on staff. Most of our patients are referred to us by their family doctors. We also get referrals from a couple interventional pain physicians. Many patients are also referred by their friends & family. Our office is very, very busy and Dr. Waldt needs additional help. Our patient base is mostly families. Our patients are a good mix of all ages. We also have wonderful, trained, caring staff members! Our patients frequently compliment us on our friendliness, our compassion, and how organized we are!

Please be aware that you may see some other very generous salary offers online... but "buyer beware"! In the vast majority of cases, these offers are often too good to be true. I, myself, was once taken advantage of by my host chiropractor (my employer) when I was a chiropractic associate 24 years ago! I was promised the moon but I was treated horribly and there was always an excuse as to why I would not be granted the bonus pay or other raises in pay. Please understand that, sadly, not all host doctors (employers) have integrity. Often, what is promised never materializes.

• Active Chiropractic license in NM
