Responsibilities:
• - Provide a range of massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and sports massages.
• - Consult with clients to understand their needs, medical history, and any physical conditions.
• - Develop personalized treatment plans to address clients’ specific concerns and goals.
• - Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress.
• - Educate clients on stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques to enhance their well-being.
• - Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients.
• - Stay updated with industry trends and maintain a current and active massage license and liability insurance.
• - Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
• Valid massage therapy license in the state of Texas.
• Valid liability insurance.
• Proven experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and build trust.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
