Biography

Dr. Mo Jahadi was born in Iran and grew up in Plano, TX, where he began working for Bally’s Total Fitness while still in high school.  There he began learning about personal training and health management.  When he graduated high school and attended University of Houston, he became a member of the U of H Rugby team and began working as a personal trainer.  During the next couple of years, Mo won several state and national power lifting championships.  While in Houston, he started a company providing in-home and corporate personal training, aerobics, and nutrition called Fit4Life.

While working on his psychology degree and personal training, Jahadi began to realize the powerful relationship between the mind and body.  After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Psychology / Kinesiology, he decided to further pursue his education at Palmer Chiropractic College (PCC) to learn more about the mind & body relationship.

During his time at PCC, Jahadi volunteered at the athletic training department of a local high school in his community.  He also enhanced his education by becoming an active member and an officer in several of the technique clubs at PCC, and one of the founding members and first president of the Palmer Sport Chiropractic Club.  Beyond his education, Dr. Jahadi furthered his knowledge by receiving additional certifications and post doctoral degrees in:

  • Performance Enhancement Specialist from National Academy of Sport Medicine;
  • Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (extremity and sport injuries, soft tissue injuries, knee and shoulder rehab, carpal tunnel, golfer’s & tennis elbow, foot pain, and orthodics);
  • Lumbar Flexion Distraction (in research this technique has shown to be the most effective and least invasive treatment for low back issues and herniated disks);
  • Activator (alternative adjusting protocol for pediatric or geriatric patients).

Dr. Jahadi completed his residency by becoming the strength & conditioning coach and the official chiropractor of the Daytona Beach Thunders (National Indoor Football League).

When Dr. Mo finished his education, he and his wife moved to Cedar Park, TX.  Here he opened Chirofit Wellness Center the largest wellness center in the city, providing chiropractic, massage, nutrition, personal training, and sports rehab.  Due to his expertise, Dr. Mo became the official chiropractor for the Austin Wranglers (Arena Football League) and the first ever chiropractor to work with CPHS & VRHS athletic departments.  He also, became incredibly involved with the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce and volunteered as an Ambassador.  There he was informed about the Cedar Park Leadership program.  This was a great opportunity that allowed him to become incredibly involved in his community.  He started to volunteer in his community by joining the Board of Samaritan Health Ministries, and he was also appointed to the Cedar Park Community Development Board.  His colleagues also recognized him in 2012, by electing him as the Texas Chiropractic Association’s (TCA) District 8 President.  The same year he was also honored by the Cedar Park business community when he was appointed as a Cedar Park Chamber Board Member.  Due to Dr. Jahadi’s extensive involvement in Cedar Park he was appointed in 2013, by the Cedar Park City Council, to The Cedar Park Comprehensive Plan Committee which laid out the city’s goals and directions for the next 8-12 years. By 2014 everyone was noticing Dr. Mo’s unique business style of promoting his business through community leadership and serving others, and he was recognized by the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce as the “Young Entrepreneur of the Year”. The same year he received a Congressional Recognition and was honored by the Cedar Park Police Department for his leadership and going out of his way to help local police officers. He was also selected to serve as a board member of The 100 Club of Central Texas, continuing his passion for helping first responders.

Although Jahadi had been involved as a member of the TCA Legislative Committee for several year, in 2015 he led the charge against the TMA’s attack trying to prevent chiropractors from conducting sports physicals in Texas.  For his efforts, he was presented the 2015 “Legislative Leadership Award” by the TCA.  He continued to lead as a member of the legislative committee and in 2017 helped the TCA to a historic legislative year. He was once again honored by his state association in receiving one of the highest awards given by the TCA, “The Young Chiropractor of the Year”. The State of Texas House of Representatives also passed a resolution in 2018 commemorating Dr. Mo Jahadi and Chirofit Wellness Center for 10 years of service to the community.  The same year, Dr. Jahadi was nominated and voted into the TCA’s Executive Board, where he has continued his leadership becoming the TCA President in 2020. Dr Mo’s TCA Presidency will always be remembered for TCA & TBCE’s victory, on January 29, 2021,  over the TMA, in front of the Texas Supreme Court, over the famous “Neuro Case”, protecting the rights of Texas Chiropractors to continue see patients for Neuromusculoskeletal injuries. Yet, through all this, Dr. Mo not only did not lose his focus on his patients but continued to excel being voted “Best of the Best” chiropractor by the readers of The Hillcountry News in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Dr. Mo Jahadi loves helping others, and he is always looking for ways to volunteer and aid in the advancement of his community and profession.
