Through his career, Mr. Cox has been an executive leader and board member with multiple organizations who have grown 3x to 5x with operations in four continents. Prior to starting 40 Strategy, Mr. Cox was the CEO, North America and founded the US office for an Australia based strategic planning software company and they grew to over 300 clients with his leadership.  In this leadership role, not only did he successfully grow the company to 50% of the global business but he also had the opportunity to consult with multiple organizations on best practices for strategic planning and execution.

Mr. Cox is on the board of directors for the Oregon Manufacturing Extension Partnership.  Mr. Cox has served on multiple boards throughout his career and donates 10% of his client net revenues towards charitable organizations. Mr. Cox hosts the Measure Success Podcast where he interviews top business and organizational leaders about their stories of success. He is also a certified Gallup StrengthsFinder coach.

Mr. Cox has been married over 25 years and they have four children.  Carl has coached youth football, basketball, and baseball for a combined 25 seasons.  Carl enjoys playing golf when time and weather allows, and he has recently completed his first marathon.  Carl resides in North Plains, Oregon.
