Biography

Dr. William Morgan:

Chiropractor to Congress, Supreme Court, and the White House is Parker University’s President, William Morgan, DC. Dr. Morgan has been credentialed in five hospitals, including the National Naval Medical Center and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He enjoyed 13 years of private practice in California, then 18 years in Washington, DC, in military hospitals, clinics at the White House, the U.S. Capitol, and on the sidelines of the Naval Academy Football team. In 2011, Dr. Morgan was appointed to the U.S. Navy Musculoskeletal Continuum of Care Advisory Board. He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management and has held adjunct faculty positions at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and New York Chiropractic College. Additionally, Dr. Morgan has served as a consultant for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Dr. MaryAnne Dimak:

Dr. MaryAnne Dimak is the program director of the Strength and Human Performance programs and a faculty member of the College of Chiropractic at Parker University. A 2011 graduate from Logan University, she and her husband opened a cash-based, active care-focused practice in Orange County, CA, that they operated for seven years. With a sports and yoga background combined with master’s degrees in Sports Science and Rehabilitation and Nutrition and Human Performance, her clinical expertise is in functional movement and integration of active care and loading management strategies into rehabilitation environments.

Dr. Katherine Pohlman:

Katherine Pohlman, DC, MS, Ph.D. is the Director of Research at Parker University and a senior fellow of the Chiropractic Academy of Research and Leadership (CARL) program. She received Researcher of the Year in 2020 from the American Chiropractic Association (ACA), has served as Vice President of the ACA’s Council on Women’s Health and on its Council for Chiropractic Pediatrics. Dr. Pohlman received her DC degree and MS in Clinical Research from Palmer College of Chiropractic and her Ph.D. in Pediatrics from the University of Alberta. She joined Parker University in 2015 as an experienced research manager and scientist, including the first project manager for the Palmer Center of Chiropractic Research.

Dr. Nicky Kirk:

Dr. Nicky Kirk, originally from Dundee, Scotland, earned his first degree at the University of Dundee in physiological sciences before enrolling in the chiropractic program at the University of Surrey in Guildford, England. Dr. Kirk further expanded his academic acumen by completing master’s level studies in sports medicine at the University of South Wales and complemented that with a master’s degree in clinical neuroscience. Dr. Kirk has a special interest in athletic performance and recovery and has years of experience working with elite performers as part of the Gatorade Sports Science Institute. He blends functional neurology, orthopedic rehabilitation, and performance science to achieve results.
