Oly Family Chiropractic is located in the heart of Olympia, Washington. Oly Family Chiropractic is co-owned and co-founded by husband and wife, Dr. Amy Anthony and Dr. Ari Anthony in 2017. They both grew up in chiropractic families, where they got adjusted the day they were born and have been under regular care their entire life. They continue this tradition through their practice and with their own family as well. They value family, transparency, growth, communication, and running their office with a giving, loving, and serving mindset. Oly Family is looking for an associate Chiropractor to join our growing practice!
Our ideal fit is someone who can provide chiropractic care to patients of all ages, including infants, toddlers, kids with neurological challenges, and adults. You will perform thorough examinations, report of findings, write reports, mark and take x-rays, and perform adjustments, while ensuring high-quality patient care. You must be able to educate patients on chiropractic care, subluxation, and nervous system health, emphasizing the benefits for children, pregnant mothers, and families. We would love for you to Participate actively in team discussions, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment and engage with the community to share chiropractic information and promote our practice. We need a team member who will continuously seek personal and professional growth, embracing new challenges and areas for improvement. We are looking for someone who wants to grow in their responsibility and leadership within our office.
Located in the heart of downtown Olympia, you are minutes from some of the best coffee shops, the farmers market, and the beautiful Puget Sound waters! Olympia has a thriving arts and culture scene with numerous galleries, theaters, and music venues. Olympia is known for its friendly and welcoming community. There is a big focus on sustainability and local businesses. You are also conveniently located between Seattle and Portland, giving you easy access to the amenities and attractions of larger cities while enjoying the charm of a smaller town. Olympia boasts a vibrant culinary scene with focus on farm to table dining, seafood, and a growing number of craft breweries and coffee shops. Olympia is also close to many great mountains for hiking, skiing/snowboarding, and outdoor activities!
Qualifications:
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree.
Successful completion of all 4 parts of the Board Exams.
Interest in pediatric and family chiropractic care, with a focus on subluxation and nervous system health.
Detail-oriented, coachable, and possessing a positive, energetic attitude.
Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Highly adaptable and open to new challenges.
Excellent communication skills, with a willingness to improve and refine patient interactions.
Enjoys creating content and brainstorming marketing ideas, including writing copy and sharing on social media.

Salary first year: $50-60K + monthly bonus opportunities first year. Your salary and bonus opportunities will increase as your skills improve and responsibilities increase.
We will cover malpractice and license fees the first year. As you grow with us we will increase benefit opportunities.
