The online learner will expand his/her understanding on the framework of Rehabilitation. The course objectives include:

  • What are the foundational components of a rehabilitation program.
  • How to distinguish your patients goals from their expectations and why this is a keystone for creating an achievable plan.
  • Defining what load management is, how to identify baselines and prescribe “slow-cooked’ relevant increases in fitness. 
  • Introducing components designed to enhance sustainable activity.
  • How to identify for each patient their required capacity, current capacity, and timeline necessary to bridge the gap.
