Chronic stress shortens telomeres, accelerates immune senescence and imbalances core hormones triggering fatigue, tiredness and loss of motivation/productivity. In this session, DCs will learn how to direct staff and patients to mitigate the negative effects of chronic stress, while improving musculoskeletal integrity and decreasing chronic pain.
