Aside from chiropractic manipulation, the most common codes chiropractors should understand include 97140, 97110, 97124, and 97112. There are right and wrong ways to report and justify these services. Dr. Gwilliam, a certified professional coder, will help you look at these codes from the clinical perspective as well as the perspective of the coder and claims reviewer.
