Dr. Gregg Friedman will explain the documentation requirements for history taking and exam, including a discussion as to what the exam is actually for and what it’s not for. You will also learn the one thing you MUST do at the beginning of care for each patient that will help you blow past several documentation requirements and help establish your value with your patients.
