Dr. Gregg Friedman will provide a comprehensive overview of coding and documentation in chiropractic practice, focusing on the latest updates and guidelines. Participants will learn to differentiate between new patient and established patient exams, understand the 2021 rules for Evaluation and Management concerning time and medical decision making, and define CPT codes for various procedures. Topics also include proper coding for range of motion measurements, physical performance tests, chiropractic manipulation, passive modalities, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities, time-based procedures, and self-care/home management training.
