This 2 hour course provides an in-depth look at the key risk factors and biomechanics associated with ACL and knee injuries, particularly in athletic populations. Participants will explore the influence of hormonal, environmental, and movement-related factors on injury risk, as well as the role of neuromuscular control, load distribution, and movement variability. The course also introduces evidence-based training and rehabilitation strategies—including strength development, movement optimization, and constraints-led approaches—to enhance knee stability, reduce injury risk, and improve overall athletic performance.
