4-day work week (10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday)

Competitive base salary: $85K–$120K DOE
Monthly performance bonuses after 90-day probation (when goals are met)

Your Role Includes:

Performing patient exams and re-exams
Analyzing X rays, testing, and exams and developing and presenting personalized care plans
Supporting patients in their journey toward long-term relief and improved function
Participating in team huddles, training, and ongoing growth
What We’re Looking For:

California DC license (or in progress)
X-ray Supervisor/Operator certification (or working toward it)
Excellent communicator with empathy and professionalism
Coachable, dependable, and passionate about helping people
Open to learning systems and tools that get consistent results
