We are currently hiring a Chiropractic Associate who has the skills, determination and desire to grow with our company.
This is both an employee and/ or contract position.
Candidates should have a leadership skill set, a joyful attitude, a passion for treating the whole person and not just the symptoms, and a capacity for individual excellence, as well as the ability to work easily in a team setting.
Candidates should be organized, dependable, self-motivated, positive, reliable and must possess a strong work ethic. Long term partnership is our ultimate goal with potential for ownership.
The candidate should already have existing patients OR a strong willingness and desire to build a marketing strategy / successful practice. A marketing plan will be required for an interview. Non-smoking, health conscious individuals are strongly preferred.
Chiropractic Associate Duties & Responsibilities:
Observe and perform chiropractic exams
Observe and perform chiropractic re-evaluations
Observe and perform chiropractic adjustments
Complete EHR patient charting and documentation
Manage patient care and treatment plans
Observe and perform nutrition counseling
Observe and perform functional exercise screenings
Practice functional exercise and Pilates in private and group setting at IATWS
Observe our in-studio Physical Therapist performing dry needling and HEP
Plan and promote Marketing for Chiro Assoc services within the studio and within the community
Track and Manage patient numbers
Set clear patient retention and growth goals
Complete HIPAA Training
Manage front desk and other administrative functions for multidisciplinary clinic as necessary
Perform light cleaning of your personal office space and occasionally other studio maintenance that falls under “admin” duties
