Medical Office Manager Scottsdale, AZ
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Medical office Manager to join our practice full time in the Scottsdale, AZ area. Ideally, our incoming Medical Office manager is proficient in CRM platforms, is self-motivated with a passion for personal and professional growth, has excellent customer service skills, and is a great manager who is a quick problem solver who can get things done. Previous medical office management experience is required.
• Manage and Oversee Operations- Lead our front desk and medical assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Assist with providers schedules, and manage staff leave approvals.
• Spearhead the introduction of new systems, offers, and promotions to scale our business.
• Handle patient scheduling, insurance queries, prescription management, and employee disputes with empathy and efficiency.
• Oversee phone communications, faxing, and updating our EHR account, maintaining impeccable organization.
• Previous medical office management experience is required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• $55k - $70k per year (depending on experience), with growth potential.
