Job Description & Requirements
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is big picture oriented and would eventually like to have a practice of their own. If you would like to learn about everything it takes to run a successful practice this amazing practice in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking an Associate Doctor and potential Partner to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for your own exams and consultations which include taking x-rays, adjusting patients, as well as taking over some admin work.
The ideal candidate is who is interested in a long-term job with opportunity to grow. They are personable and enjoys systems and procedures. They are friendly, have a strong attention to detail and work well with a team. The successful candidate will be extremely comfortable with manual adjustments and is willing to help with team meetings/trainings.
This position provides a competitive salary plus bonuses, a simple IRA, malpractice insurance coverage, and support for continuing education. The schedule also features one half-day per week, and there will be an opportunity to buy into the practice within 3-4 years.

About the Clinic
This clinic practice takes a gentle approach to adjusting and helps patients with conservative pain management. Their office is friendly and welcoming. They offer a number of different therapy types including chiropractic adjustments, an anti-gravity treadmill, compression, corrective exercises, dry needling, physical therapy and much more. We collected nearly a million dollars in revenue in Calendar year 2022. Patient volume for the entire office is 1400-1600 per month and average new patients per month is 35-55. We have a part time marketing person dedicated to promoting our practice via social media, direct mail campaigns, etc.
