We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Oneida, NY. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is NYS licensed chiropractor who has the desire to care for people of all ages from birth to senior, is passionate about health and wellness and is willing and able to be trained. The Chiropractor must also be a confident instrument and hands on adjuster and have the mental and physical capacity to be able to adjust 100 patients per day (We are open for 8 hours over a 3-day work week).
Who we are:
We are a family wellness subluxation-based practice that has been taking care of our community for 27 years! We focus on improving clinical outcomes using criteria testing (thermography, HRV, balance, posture, ROM, x-ray) to monitor patient progress as well as using blood chemistry to address any metabolic misalignments. We work closely together as a team and with our patients, creating a great healing environment.
Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Diversified, Drops, Torque Release Technique, Webster, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Participating in team training
• Attending seminars
• Marketing and promoting the practice (recording videos and utilize social media)
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in NY
• Webster and TRT certified, or willing to be
• Philosophically based and grounded in the principles
Schedule:
• Full time
• Monday – Friday (office hours end at 11 am on Friday)
Salary (range):
• $80k-$100K
