We have a truly unique opportunity for the right individual to join our multidisciplinary practice that includes perinatal & pediatric chiropractic with midwifery and lactation consulting. This opportunity is perfect if you love working with pregnant/postpartum women and children (OR are motivated and want to learn how). We are highly specialized and only work with this select population. It is also a great chance to further develop your specialty and knowledge as you will be working alongside midwives, doulas and IBCLCs.
Hours will be part time ~ 30 hours per week with competitive pay, paid CEUS, malpractice & vacation time, all major holidays off. Base salary (based on experience) PLUS performance-based commission! We truly want our associate to thrive alongside the business and have made sure that our pay structure reflects this!
We are ideally looking for a long-term commitment with a three year minimum. We are also looking to add multiple locations and the ideal candidate would be interested in essentially learning to run their own practice (without all of the major roadbumps associated with starting your own practice) and will possibly have an opportunity to buy-in in the future!
Role/ Responsibilities/Requirements:
☀️Strong adjusting skills/Patient care management
☀️SOAP notes
☀️Manage internal & external marketing campaigns including social media
☀️New patient consultations and exams
☀️Results of Findings (ROF) for Day 2 (prepared after initial visit and sent to patient with recommendations)
☀️Understanding nutritional needs per stage of pregnancy/postpartum or pediatric
☀️Results of Findings for Maintenance and Wellness Care & explaining the importance of chiropractic care for overall health
☀️Refer out at needed (X-rays, PT, OT, Midwife, Doula, Pediatric Dentist)
☀️Perform re-exams including ROM, palpation, ortho/neuro tests as appropriate
☀️Email recommendations to patient after Re-Eval, after corrective care plan and as needed
☀️Be able to recommend and have knowledge of all products that are sold
☀️Organize treatment notes and records for records requests
☀️Educate patients and perform therapeutic exercises specific to trimester, postpartum or pediatric development
☀️Have a thorough knowledge of & experience with the unique demands for the pregnant/postpartum/pediatric patients
☀️Maintain license, skills and techniques
☀️Must practice: diversified, drop, SOT, Webster, craniosacral
☀️Perform ART, ischemic compression or some form of muscle release in one region per visit
☀️Maintain webster certification
