We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Lakeland, TN. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Someone who is enthusiastic, team oriented, and wanting to grow their patient base quickly. We will consider either a recent graduate or an experienced Chiropractor. Candidates must be willing to advance in their adjusting techniques and be a good communicator.
We are a 15 yr old clinic that has become very well respected in our community. We offer a full spectrum of chiropractic care. Our dynamic team consists of a 2 chiropractors, a massage therapist, 3 CA’s, and other dedicated support staff that helps us collaborate to provide the best care that our patients need and deserve! We work closely together as a team and with our patients, creating a great healing environment. We employ chiropractic care, ART, cryotherapy, laser therapy, and rehab to support our patients and a wellness lifestyle.
Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications/nutrition, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) Writing x-ray reports
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Board Certified
Schedule:
• Full time
Salary (range):
• $72k guaranteed stipend first year, potential is much more
