$80k-$110k plus bonus compensation
4 day work week (Mon-Thurs)
We are looking for a dynamic Chiropractor to join us full time in Eugene, OR. Ideally, we are seeking a motivated Chiropractor who is compassionate, caring, optimistic, self-motivated, gets excited about a challenge, and is an excellent adjuster. Your passion for helping others see their full potential and to motivate/assist them to reach their true goals will be rewarded! The Chiropractor is an essential member of our multidisciplinary team and will collaborate with the medical providers resulting in the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes.

We have a dedicated team of Chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, athletic trainers, massage therapists, and acupuncturists.
Duties:
• Perform initial exams/consultations and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Evaluate patients and collaborate with medical personnel and other team members to create the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes possible.
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and the benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments- (diversified, drop, Adjuster IQ, rapid release -open to others), rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the multidisciplinary team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in OR
Schedule:
• Full time
• Mon-Thurs
Salary (range):
• $80,000-$110,000 based on experience
• PLUS, production-based bonus
