Chiropractor Chicago, IL (Beverly Park)
We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice part time in Chicago, IL. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, and providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is friendly, a fantastic adjuster, who is a team player! This position is 2-3 shifts per week, later mornings into the early evenings (11am-7pm) and every other Saturday morning at our South Holland and Beverly Park offices.

Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Evaluate findings, determine diagnosis, and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in IL
Schedule:
• Part time
• 2-3 shifts per week, 11am-7pm and every other Saturday morning
Salary (range):
• $40-60/hr
